This page is intended to give people an understanding of how to
make high-quality VCD'S for
use in their home DVD players. Weather for making VCD'S from
their home movies, home
photos or clips from the internet, this is an instructional
guide. In no way shape or form is
this site intended for coping movies for personal gain.
By reading and following this page in squence (in order by the
buttons below), you should find
my instructions very easy. I do recommend that you be
running at least a Pentium 3 or
equivelant with Windows XP for a smooth, reliable process.
If not, you will more than likely
experience system issues like system lock-up, very slow encoding
process, etc.
